Set Up a GP2GP task

 

Create a new task type to track requests for notes to be transfered

  • Open the Task Batch Editor

 Click on Tools menu >> Clinical Setup >> Task Batches

 

Add a Task Batch 


  • Click on the Add (Grey) line at the bottom of the list of existing batches. Type in  "Send Notes (GP2GP)"

 

  • Click on [+] at the left margin to open the Code and description
  • Enter "GP2GP" as the code
  • Enter "Send Notes (GP2GP)" as the description

 

  • Click on [+] at the left margin to open other details
  • Add "0" to the Remind section to mark this task as a recall 

 

  • Click on the "Finish" button to save your new task

Create a task for each notes transfer request

  • After receiving a request for the notes to be transfered, Click on New Task  (In Mail Screen or Clinical notes or the Task Manager)

     
  • Select Send Notes (GP2GP) from the available Task templates in the list on the left

Check the details (esp who the task is assigned to then Click OK to save the task.

Completing the Task

  • The task will appear on Task Lists for the user (Appointment book and Task Manager as well as within the patient's notes.
  • After exporting a patient record , the task will be completed
