Maintenance Plan


1. Backups





DATABASES

       mpnet


SERVERS

       (local)


COMPLETE BACKUP

       Occurs every 1 day(s), at  2:00:00 a.m.

       Backup media: Disk

       Backup destination: C:\MyPractice\Backup

       Delete backup files which are older than 2 Day(s).

       Verify the backup after completion.

       Create a subdirectory for each database, to store the backup files.


TRANSACTION LOG BACKUP

Occurs every 1 day(s), every 15 minute(s) between 2:00:00 a.m. and 11:59:59 p.m..

       Backup media: Disk

       Backup destination: C:\MyPractice\Backup

       Delete backup files which are older than 2 Day(s).

       Verify the backup after completion.

       Create a subdirectory for each database, to store the backup files.


Reports will be generated and stored in directory: C:\MyPractice\Backup.



2. Optimisation and integrity check

       Occurs every 1 week(s) on Sunday, at 1:00:00 a.m..

       Perform the following actions:

               Reorganize data and index pages, changing the free space to 100 percent of the original space.

       Occurs every 1 week(s) on Sunday, at 12:00:00 a.m..

       Perform the following actions:

               Check database
