Select Language, Ethnicity (up to three) and Occupation from the standard lists.

• Select Account holder(s) from existing patients.
• Information entered into the Alert field will be displayed every time the patient’s details or clinical notes are searched.
• Enter as many addresses, contact numbers, schemes and relationships as required.
• Select families from existing patients.
• Users will be alerted to possible duplicates. New patients are compared with existing patients with the same first or last names and same date of birth and ge.
