Generating blank documents
Some documents will print as a template or form that is meant to be written on manually e.g. to collect new patients’ personal information. These documents do not contain any patient details when printed.
Right click on any appointment and select "Document" from the right click menu.
Highlight the document that you wish to create from the list supplied and press [OK].
In the Document Preview screen, check that the template is correct. If not, click inside the template box and make any changes you wish. When you have finished, press [Print].
Note: Some templates have been created and inserted into My Practice like a picture. When you click anywhere in the template, these documents will have a square around them e.g. the New Patient Form document. These cannot be edited or changed here.
