Task actions

Once you have performed a task, click the task and press [Complete] on the menu. The task will be listed as completed in the Action panel of the Consulting Note.

Other options:

  • Remind Later enter a date or number of days, weeks or months after which you want the patient to be reminded.
  • Record Action Type in a description of any action you have done and enter a date or number of days, weeks or months after which you want to be reminded about this task.
  • Mark as any of the following (see Editing tasks for explanations): Declined, Not Required, No Response, Contraindicated and Referred.

Note: When the status of a task is changed, it may move from the Tasks to the Other Tasks panel.
