Diagrams
1. Click on "Diagram" in the clinical notes
2. Select from the list of available pictures
3. MS Paint will open the diagram template for you to edit.
4. Edit the picture adding labels as required
5. Save the file
6. Add a description when prompted
Viewing Saved Diagrams
1. Open the consultation notes and click on the side Attachments tab.
2. Double click on the attachment
