Refunds

1. Select the Account Payment tab.
2. Highlight the payment you want to refund by clicking on it in the Payments list (tick Show All if it is not visible).
3. Click the Payment Action [Refund] from the menu on the right.
4. Enter the details as prompted and click OK.
