Can I rely on MyPractice to be here for the next 20 years?

We’ve been here for 15 years already so that’s a good start! We intend to be here for a lot longer, and this is why we’ve invested a lot of time, money and effort in building our external board and advisory team, and our extensive internal development team.

We have the same or better as our competition, except we think ours is easier to use.

MyPractice is designed, refined and used every day by an award winning GP. We’re constantly striving to make it very useable, and because we eat our own dog food we think we’ve got it pretty right.

We have a very responsive team keeping up to date with the integration. Because we use the product ourselves we’re very motivated to make sure we’re fast with this!

Is it a good thing that MyPractice runs on modern software architecture?

Yes.
It allows us to be a lot more flexible and adaptive with the system. It’s one of the key reasons why our system is so easy to use, and to integrate with other systems. It also means that you won’t have to go through a painful platform upgrade any time soon.

How long will it take till MyPractice is fully operational in my practice?

Normally it takes about 3 months, but within 1-2 weeks many of our customers have reported they are already comfortable, and very happy they made the change.

Normally only about 2-3 days overall, because our support team do most of the work
